October 14th, we had the Wyoming gals and the Michigan gals working together to create two kinds of butter, both cultured and sweet cream. We also made four kinds of cheese, beginning with cottage cheese, cheese spread, mozzarella and finishing with a pressed cheese. From their comments I think a good learning time was had by all. Two groups of three is a perfect size. Please let us know if you'd like to get together with your friends or family for a cheese making experience.
