Crock pot apple butter, sliced and dried apples, apple pie in a jar, apple juice. Just a few of the ideas we will be creating and you can too.
Thursday this week 10/6/18 at Bee Healthy 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Craft Farm 4 to 6 we will have some Savory Sauerkraut to taste. Bring a wide mouth quart or pint jar to trade in case you'd like to take some home! We will taste with our ground beef seasoned with Ultimate cheese spread. (grass fed\finished or course) Traditional cooking includes much more than good fresh raw milk. We share recipes and much more. A learning journey for all. Bringing back the traditional cooking methods and healthy living, what a joy. Come join our journey.
This week from our small aging cave we will have packaged in 6 to 12 oz packages our:
- Cheddar Cheese
- Manchego Cheese
- Colby Cheese
- Greek Yogurt- This week cherry/almond (just like my favorite pie) and/or mixed berry with banana
- Kombucha - Cherry with grated fresh vanilla bean, mango with tumeric or ginger. Yes we are infusing these separate this week. (thanks so our guests for sharing)
- Sourdough Sandwich loaves
- Plus all our Milk - Chocolate Milk - and Maple/vanilla Kefir orders.
